TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment: Payment for the training program must be made in full prior to the start of the program. Once payment is received, the participant will receive access to the training.

2. Duration: The training program will be available for a specified duration. Participants will need to complete the training within the given duration to receive a certificate of completion.

3. Access: Participants will be provided with a unique login ID and password to access the training materials. Sharing of the login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Copyright: All training materials, including software manuals, videos, and other instructional resources, are the property of the training provider and are protected by copyright laws. Participants are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the training material without prior written consent from the training provider.

5. Disclaimer of Liability: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the training materials, the training provider shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the training materials or for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the training materials.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Participants may cancel their participation in the training program at any time. However, refunds will not be provided once the training materials have been accessed.
